Ok, here is my idea. I don't want pictures to be uploaded all throughout my forum as I am starting a pay service with photopost for users to host pictures. BUT... here's the thing. I want to add a section to my forum for Tech Writeups that people do, like how to install a new exaust or whatever. Usually these writeups contain pictures the user has taken to show progress.
Well, I'd like users to be able to add writeups at their own will and since most won't have access to picture hosting I figured this would be great, and plus it keeps the images on my server so I know they will remain online. So think that is possible?
If this is a go then I have another suggestion for Dave's IIP
[EDIT] Actually now that I think about it, I think there is more to that than I had originally stated. Although I would like attachments allowed for only a certain forum or category, that doesn't do much good if you can only allow one upload per post, and besides that it isn't even visible in the post other than the little attachment link.
I guess what I'm really looking for is for someone to make a post with an article, then say they have 3 pictures to go along with it, to somehow upload those pictures and have them display at a given spot in their post. Now I may be asking for too much
